Optical Probe Connected To Your Smart Meter

        MY001-B USB2.0 optical probe utilize an infra-red LED technology to provide a galvanically isolated, bi-directional communications link between computers and electric utility meters for obtaining meter data, performing site diagnostics and making programming changes. Connecting to a computer or hand-held terminal they permit galvanically isolated communication with electricity and gas smart meters.

The advanced optical probe is designed according to the IEC 62056-21 or LDMS standard and is compatible with all brands and types of IEC meters.

The probe is equipped with a USB Type-A male connector, so it can be easily used with laptops and other compatible devices.

It has minimal design for ease of use, better data transmission and better body and cable construction to be used for many years.
